// Code of Conduct

RACE HARD. RIDE CLEAN.

All Indigo team members are expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the team.

Members represent Indigo and our sponsors both on and off the bike. Conduct yourself in a way that reflects integrity, sportsmanship, and inclusivity — we aim to create a welcoming, positive environment for everyone in the cycling community.

Before you join
Every rider reads and agrees to this Code of Conduct before joining the team. It applies on and off the bike — at races, on rides, online, and at team events.

zero tolerance.

We understand that abuse, misconduct, and gender-based violence are issues prevalent in all communities, and we are committed to addressing them.

Indigo maintains a definitive zero tolerance policy against all forms of harm, including abuse of power, harassment, discrimination, and gender-based violence. On or off the bike, we take all disclosures of abuse seriously, and our actions will always be grounded in believing and supporting survivors.

Immediate priority
Our immediate priority upon disclosure is the safety and well-being of the person who experienced harm.
Swift action
We will take swift, decisive action to investigate, implement appropriate safety measures, and hold perpetrators accountable.
Survivor support
We will support survivors regardless of their decision to pursue external action.
