We're a race team first — but Indigo has always been about more than results. We want people who show up, pitch in, and genuinely love this city and the sport. If that sounds like you, check out our expectations below and fill out that interest form.

Race RequirementParticipate in a minimum number of races required by team. A USAC license is practically required to compete.

Kit PurchasePurchase at least one full kit per season to wear at all races.

Show UpBesides races - we expect participation in group rides, events, meetings and general team involvement.

Have funRequired. Non-negotiable.
Recruitment Window
Fall
Primary window — open for the following season

Mid-season window — limited spots
Fill out the interest form and we'll notify you when the next window opens, along with everything you need to know about joining.
Higher commitment
✶  Elite / Devo Team
Higher race requirements and a higher fitness standard. In return: deeper kit discounts and race subsidies at select events.
Standard requirements
✦  General Team
Minimum race requirements for the season. Same community standards and participation expectations for the whole team.
